Tis the Reason for the Season - Leading PEO INFINITI HR Spreads Holiday Cheer to Those in Need
BURTONSVILLE, Md. (PRWEB) December 12, 2017 -- Leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) INFINITI HR, is putting meaning behind this holiday season by supporting those in need. The corporate office in Maryland is helping spread the holiday cheer this season in a variety of ways. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, they have teamed up with a local elementary school to support two large families at Thanksgiving.
INFINITI HR provided baskets of food for their turkey day and accepted non-perishable donations including gift cards, canned vegetables, starches, beverages, and desserts. In total, the company delivered Thanksgiving baskets complete with nearly 75 donated items on November 20th. For Christmas, INFINITI HR is supporting another family, a mother with five boys, in the same capacity.
In addition, the company is supporting Sarah’s House in Fort Meade and Laurel, Maryland by rallying the team to make donations. Sarah’s House is part of Catholic Charities that helps makes meaningful differences in the lives of more than 160,000 children, women and men of all faiths in Maryland each year.
INFINITI HR has also joined forces with Kids in Need Distributors (KIND) to make this holiday season a bit sweeter. KIND was founded to meet the needs of Montgomery County’s students seven days a week by sending them home with pre-packaged, nutritional snacks. INFINITI HR donated the ‘magic number’ that will provide food for one student every weekend for the entire year.
Lastly, employees of INFINITI HR personally spread holiday cheer on their own time and dime. One person adopted two kids in need for Christmas by purchasing gifts that the children will receive anonymously. Another donated household items, food, and supplies for a Christmas in July drive. Others prepared lunches and dinner for a food pantry or donated blood at the INOVA blood drive. Lastly, INFINITI HR adopted a road to round out its community social responsibility initiatives for 2017.
