Title Alliance Announces Appointment of New Manager of T.A. of Limerick
Media, PA (PRWEB) December 02, 2015 -- Title Alliance Ltd, an ESOP company specializing in title joint ventures, announced today that they have appointed Lurena M. Rightmyer as Manager of T.A. of Limerick. The Limerick, PA based venture is a partnership between Title Alliance and the Keller Williams Market Center which opened in 2010.
Rightmyer began her career as a paralegal specializing in real estate and family law in 1982. In 1986, she transitioned to a career specifically as a settlement officer in the title industry. She previously managed a branch office for a Reading-based abstract company in both Collegeville and Malvern. In 2012, Rightmyer joined the Title Alliance family where she acted as Settlement Officer for Devon Abstract.
In her new role as Manager of T.A. of Limerick, Lurena will work together with the Keller Williams agents in the Limerick Market Center and their buyers and sellers in order to assure smooth and seamless transactions. Together with her team of Lynda Williams, Conveyancer, and Charlene Eagle, Administrative Assistant, Rightmyer will navigate the regulatory environment created by TRID to make certain that communication lines remain open between T.A. of Limerick, lenders, agents, buyers and sellers.
