Title Alliance Appoints Title Officer and Escrow Assistant to Title Alliance of Arizona Operation
Mesa, AZ (PRWEB) December 30, 2015 -- Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Jeff Myers as Title Officer and Jayne Sundseth as Escrow Assistant for Title Alliance of Arizona. These appointments follow the appointment of Lynne Spollen as Senior Escrow Officer/Manager for the company in early December. Title Alliance of Arizona, a partnership between Title Alliance and Keller Williams Integrity First based in Mesa, AZ, was announced earlier this year.
Myers entered the title industry in California in 1996. He worked on both residential and commercial files, preparing title commitments. He worked in a very high volume CPU environment and consistently exceeded production requirements, while remaining accurate. He worked hand in hand with abstractors assuring the searches were complete and correct. In 2001, he moved to Phoenix, AZ where he continued furthering his career. As first a Junior Commercial Title Officer and later a Commercial Title Officer, Myers prepared commitments, reviewed surveys and both prepared and approved recording documents, handling transactions up to $50 million.

Sundseth began in the Escrow Industry in 2003 in Spokane, Washington. As an Escrow Assistant, she dedicated herself to understanding each part of the process from opening through closing on residential transactions. In 2012, Sundseth moved to Phoenix and continued working as an Escrow Assistant. Since then, she has learned also how to process commercial transactions.
“I believe that each position I have held has prepared me to be where I am today,” says Sundseth. “Being part of something new, and helping to build it from the ground up is exciting, and I couldn’t be more happy to be on the Title Alliance of Arizona Team.”
