The entity will be managed by Lindsey A. Watson, of Midlothian, Virginia. Watson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Richmond. She has worked in real estate since 2005, beginning her career as a paralegal for real estate attorneys before transitioning to the title industry in 2012. Handling real estate transactions from contract to post-closing, her duties include underwriting title searches, coordinating various items needed to close a transaction, meeting with buyers and sellers, and disbursing the funds after closing. Her attention to detail combined with her legal knowledge and commitment to a high level of customer service enable her to become invaluable to her clients. Prior to managing Title Alliance of Midlothian, Watson worked as a settlement agent for another of Title Alliance’s affiliations.
