Title Alliance, Ltd Appoints Mary Blancett as Regional Director
Media, PA (PRWEB) December 29, 2015 -- Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that it has appointed Mary Blancett as Regional Director for the company. This appointment is the fourth appointment of leadership within the company in the month of December. The company is laying groundwork to allow for strategic growth in 2016.
Blancett began in the title industry in 2001 after a 15 year career in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Newman Title, one of Title Alliance affiliates based in Strongsville, Ohio in 2009, Mary spent seven years with First American Title Insurance Company in both Ohio and Minnesota. Blancett also managed another Title Agency for two years after spending 5 years as their Senior Escrow Officer. Blancett is a licensed Ohio Title Agent who has personally touched every aspect of a transaction, understanding all pieces of the title and escrow process both pre and post-TRID.

Newman Title, managed by Blancett before her appointment as Regional Director, through November 30 2015 has closed 937 transactions. Blancett understands the dynamics in a fast paced, high volume real estate environment and has always been able to remain in tune with the clients’ needs.
