Title Alliance Welcomes Newest Board of Directors Member, Denise Marbach
Media, PA (PRWEB) May 25, 2017 -- Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventures, welcomes its newest Board of Directors addition, Denise C. Marbach. Marbach brings 40 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, adding to the depth and breadth of Title Alliance’s expertise and further reinforcing the company’s commitment to strong leadership and growth. Marbach's appointment is the second new appointment to the company's board, following that of Linda Galante.
Recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance partner, Marbach is a CPA in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
Marbach has been shattering ceilings since the beginning of her career. In 1987, Denise was admitted to the Coopers & Lybrand partnership. She was the first female partner in the 90-year history of the founding office of C&L.
Between 1987 and 2007, Marbach relocated to upstate New York to establish and lead a healthcare and insurance practice. She was the lead partner on one of the largest real estate and mall developers in upstate New York. While there, Marbach developed a staff of dedicated individuals to serve newly acquired clients. One of her client acquisitions, where Marbach spent the majority her time, was the first property and casualty insurance mutual company to demutualize in New York State and become an SEC registrant.
In 2007, Marbach was appointed to chair the Women’s Leadership Group in Philadelphia office, aspiring to increase the number of women partners in the Philadelphia marketplace. Consequently, the Philadelphia office became one with the highest percentage of women partners nationwide.
Over the years, Marbach has sharpened her business acumen and acute sense of governance by attending hundreds of board meetings with both public and non-public clients. Marbach is considered an “audit committee financial expert” under the SEC rules. Her strengths include strategic thinking and leadership of multi-size, diverse teams to grow a practice. Her functional experience includes SEC reporting, financial reporting, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, and analyzing financial data.
The addition of Marbach to the Title Alliance Board of Directors marks a continuation of the company’s legacy of innovation and professional prestige.
