Linda Galante will be the newest Board of Directors Member and Governance Committee Chair, reinforcing Title Alliance’s commitment to strong leadership and growth.
Instrumental in many of the most significant real estate transactions in the Philadelphia area, Galante brings to the table more than 35 years of experience with focuses in Real Estate. Galante is results-driven with a proven track record of success. She has represented clients on all ends of the real estate spectrum, from small businesses to banks to large educational institutions.
Galante represented Radnor Property Group in connection with its development of a more than $100 million mixed use project at 38th and Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia and an over $55 million mixed use project at 3201 Race Street, Philadelphia. She is currently representing the same group in connection with its development of an over $75 million mixed use project at Hamilton and North 15th Streets, Philadelphia. She also recently represented Brandywine Realty Trust in connection with its agreement with Drexel University for the development of Schuylkill Yards next to the Drexel campus in Philadelphia.
Galante has represented several educational and health care institutions, including Saint Joseph’s University and St. Joseph’s Preparatory School, in the acquisition and construction of facilities and the closing of conventional and tax-exempt indebtedness in the aggregate amount of more than $700 million.
Among her many awards and recognitions, Linda has been honored with the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters of Real Estate Award for “Most Influential Lawyers”, Drueding Center Lifetime Achievement Award, and The Arthritis Foundation Women on the Move Award, to name a few.
She has ranked (including, but not limited to) on lists such as: The Legal Intelligencer Woman of the Year, The Best Lawyers in America, and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.
