TMI Launches Social Media Support with Temporary Tattoos for Community Nonprofits
Tucson, AZ (PRWEB) August 13, 2013 -- Tattoo Manufacturing, a division of TM International (TMI), is launching a program to support hometown nonprofit organizations. Customers are encouraged to nominate their favorite local charities and each month, TMI will award 5,000 free custom temporary tattoos to one nominated group or cause.
Nominations can be made by first liking Tattoo Manufacturing's Facebook Page, and then posting a nomination. There are some guidelines:
1. The charity must have a 501(c)3 nonprofit designation.
2. Nominations must include the full name of the hometown charity and the name of a contact person (and an email or phone number) at the organization.
3. Those who make nominations are asked to provide details about the community work of the nominee and why it’s worthy of 5,000 free temporary tattoos.
Each month, TMI staff will announce one winner on Facebook. In addition to receiving 5,000 custom temporary tattoos and the announcement on Facebook, the selected charity will receive a mention in the TMI Blog, as well as a shout-out in TMI’s other social media channels.
“Cause awareness temporary tattoos are a wonderful way for charities to spread the word about the amazing work they are doing,” said Hannah Tooker, Social Media Strategist for TMI. “By offering customized temporary tattoos, each organization can choose whether to create an all-purpose logo, or to tailor the tattoo to an upcoming event or occasion. The backs of the tattoos can be customized, as well, with important details about how to contact the organization.”
