Tom Vaughn Joins Saulsbury Industries Gulf Coast Operations
ODESSA, Texas (PRWEB) January 23, 2018 -- Saulsbury Industries is pleased to announce that Tom Vaughn has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations in its Gulf Coast Region. With over 40 years of outstanding leadership and experience in the industry, Tom is an excellent fit with Saulsbury’s core values and a valuable addition to the leadership team of the company.
The Saulsbury Gulf Coast Region is focused on the LNG, petrochemical, chemical, refining, and oil and gas markets. Providing engineering, construction, maintenance, and electrical and instrumentation services across each of these industries, Saulsbury looks to continue its growth in this region under Tom’s leadership. Tom’s direct experience spans managing construction, engineering, and full turnkey EPC projects globally across these varied industry segments with an emphasis on safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
Most recently, Tom served as the President of Yates Construction’s industrial division where during his leadership the company experienced tremendous growth in revenue, profitability, and talent development. Prior to Yates, Tom served as President of BE&K where he led an organizational realignment that resulted in significant growth and record profitability. Tom also has served in leadership roles with William’s International Group and Fluor Corporation. His tenure in the petroleum, petrochemical, power, and pulp and paper industries is attributed to his strength of leadership, strategic thinking and problem solving.
