“With the popularity of burgers at an all-time high, these burgers put a coal oven twist on a traditional favorite,” said Nick Neveau. “Our Famous 4 Burger is made from Brisket, Tri-Tip, Ball-Tip and Short Rib. It’s the Holy Grail of burgers.”
The company continued their motto of Fresh Never Frozen, by preparing the proprietary burger blend in house, ground fresh, never frozen. Served on a house-made bun with a side of hand-cut, seasoned, Yukon Gold potato wedges – all baked to perfection in our coal oven. Specialty burgers include:
Verde - Provolone cheese, roasted mushrooms and arugula greens
Capo - Pepperoni, Italian sausage, roasted mushrooms, roasted onions, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce
BBQ - Cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, sweet and bold BBQ sauce
TS Burger - Romaine lettuce, tomato, red onions and your choice of cheese

Guests may add the traditional lettuce, tomato and onions to their burger or create their own masterpiece by using our many delicious pizza toppings, which include the following:
