Earlier this year it appeared that they were only selling their New York loft and holding on to their Beverly Hills Benedict Canyon home. The spacious New York loft makes a great bachelor or couples pad but Adam converted the loft’s second and third bedrooms into open space in 2014, long before the baby news broke, leaving just its one large master suite. However, the Beverly Hills home with its own spacious open floor plan has five bedrooms and seven baths, tennis court and large swimming pool with panoramic views - not to mention a car collector’s dream garage. Now it too is on the market for $17.5 million. With their new focus on family, Pacific Palisades may be just the ticket with its nine parks, hiking trails and children’s playgrounds including a beach park for family activity.
