TOPS Software Partners with Significant Digits, Inc. to Provide Utility Billing Options for Community Associations

With this new integration of the utility billing package SDIComplete, TOPS has further strengthened its product offering, fortifying its position as the premier property management package providing condo and HOA managers with a powerful yet flexible utility billing solution.
This integration works for all users of TOPS community association management products, including TOPS [ONE], TOPS iQ, and TOPS Professional. This is accomplished via TOPS Connect, TOPS Software’s Application Program Interface (API), through which data can be seamlessly shared to numerous integrated partners.

The SDIComplete integration provides TOPS customers with the ability to invoice their customers for metered services such as water and sewer consumption and/or natural gas usage. SDIComplete can handle the most complex usage rate structures. In addition, SDIComplete provides these customers with the ability to include flat rate services such as garbage collection, surcharges, etc. on tenant invoices.
SDIComplete can accommodate multiple meters assigned to customers, surrogate sewer, irrigation meters off the main water line, etc. Furthermore, SDIComplete provides the capability to retain GPS coordinates, multiple routes, invoice printing, invoice history retention, and valuable reporting.

“Property managers are no longer burdened with management of data within two disconnected systems. All owner, property, and charge code information are maintained in TOPS. When readings have been gathered, SDIComplete builds the full invoice as defined by the property manager. These invoices or charge batches are then pushed to TOPS, the one source of the truth for the property manager.”
