William (Bill) A. Makin, Esq. is leading TCS serving as Managing Director and is joined by Sarah Bahmani, Esq, who will serve as Project Manager. For over 15 years, Makin has consulted with some of the largest corporations in the world, specializing in helping them deal with e-Discovery issues. He has also assisted corporations in all areas of trade including finance, manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining TCS, Makin was a founding member at Impact e-Discovery Consulting. He also served as the Global Director of e-Discovery & eCompliance for Citigroup, Inc. building a department that served business operations in over 110 countries. Previously, Makin worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Loeb & Loeb LLP.
