Track Hospitality Software (TRACK) today announced the release of the newest feature, TRACK Automations, to the suite of products. TRACK is the Industry Leading CRM with core components focusing on Property Management (TRACK PM) and guest communication (TRACK Pulse) for hoteliers and the hospitality industry.
TRACK Automations will allow users to send real-time, trigger-based automated emails based on predefined actions in TRACK Pulse, as well as any actions/notifications that take place within current TRACK channel partners. - Pre- and Post-Stay Email Deployment
