The Five Star award recognizes service professionals who provide quality services to their clients. Tracy is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and a multiple year winner of the Platinum award through RE/MAX International.
Tracy joined her real estate family, receiving her license in 2001, working with her husband and his parents in the greater Sacramento and Roseville areas. They were the number one team in northern California for multiple years and were featured agents on Broker/Agent Magazine, a national real estate publication. Throughout the years, Tracy built her customer base through referrals from past clients, business associates, friends and family, as well as many who have had bad experiences working with other real estate agents.
She works with both buyers and sellers in the greater Douglas and Arapahoe county areas specializing in the cities of Castle Rock/Castle Pines. Tracy specializes in residential real estate including resale homes, new home sales, townhomes, condos and land. Tracy says, “Land sales is a niche thing and very different than residential housing. Douglas and Arapahoe counties are great areas with terrific opportunities for buyers. Real estate, like everything else, is location, location, location.”
With three teenage boys, Tracy exhibits her energy in ways outside of real estate which proves she is the ultimate multi-tasker by volunteering for school, her son’s football team and as a member of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. She is also a certified first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and studied Krav Maga & mixed martial arts.
