Patent 8,655,762 B2 (Feb. 18, 2014) adds an additional 63 claims bringing the total count to 165 within these four patents. This latest patent covers areas which focus on the ability for social media users to gift via social media profile pages. Also described within the claims are the processes of notification to the social media users describing key events or demographics such as birthdays or relationships. Delivery of cards purchased via social networks can be done via email, mobile devices and member profile accounts. The patent portfolio also covers areas of monetizing and tracking views & “likes” of brand impressions via loyalty indicators.
