Transamerican Auto Parts Expands Distribution Center in Texas
Compton, California (PRWEB) March 02, 2015 -- Transamerican Auto Parts (TAP), has expanded its Dallas area distribution center to add to its recent growth and reach in the Southeastern sector of the United States. Located in Coppell, Texas, the center adjoins the 4 Wheel Parts truck, Jeep and 4x4 parts and accessories retail store. The newly expanded complex will function as the Southeast region distribution hub for TAP subsidiary 4 Wheel Parts, the worldwide leader in off-road performance product sales and installation.
In addition to being a principal facility for 4 Wheel Parts, it will also support multiple TAP subsidiaries including Smittybilt, Pro Comp USA, Poison Spyder Customs, Rubicon Express Suspension, G2 Axle & Gear, LRG Rims, Trail Master Suspension along with Transamerican’s local wholesale operations.

This expansion follows a recent addition to the Dallas area distribution center in the last year. The space has doubled in capacity and overall size, enhancing TAP’s regional reach and supply and substantially growing inventory levels.
The retail operations of 4 Wheel Parts continue to expand across North America as new locations have recently opened in Little Rock, Arkansas and Bossier City and Baton Rouge, Louisiana bringing total number of stores in the United States and Canada to 68.
