Transcor Data Services, LLC to Acquire Lock Media Services, Inc.
Jacksonville, Florida (PRWEB) February 20, 2016 -- Transcor Data Services LLC, a subsidiary of Transcor, Inc. today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Lock Media Services, Inc., a leading provider of web based tools for ticketing and GPS services. The agreement combines the strengths of Transcor Data Services and Lock Media by leveraging the collective network, expertise and resources to deliver an unparalleled platform for ground transportation service providers that includes the best of point of sale applications, web-based ticketing, capacity management tools, mobile apps, GPS integrated services, bus side scanning tools, fraud detection/elimination tools, accounting and reconciliation services, and real time data services all served through a rock solid network.
Amos Lock, founder of Lock Media, and other key personnel will be joining Transcor to continue the development and support of current Lock Media products. “We are pleased to combine our strengths to meet the demands of the marketplace – giving us a dynamic foundation for delivering best in class tools for ground transportation” said Lock.
