(Headquarters: Hanoi, Vietnam; hereafter, transcosmos Vietnam) in Vietnam and will launch its business operations in July 2014.
transcosmos Vietnam will be offering contact center and BPO service in the domestic and international market. BPO service will be initially offered as off-shore service for the automobile, aircraft manufacturers and architecture/social infrastructure support.
In addition, by collaborating with Hanoi University's Japanese language Department and other educational institutions, transcosmos Vietnam will recruit and hire excellent local staff fluent in Japanese to provide high quality service in Japanese to the corporate clients in Japan.
