transcosmos Starts Offering “Contact-Link for SMS” in Cooperation with “Accrete SMS”

transcosmos inc. launched “Contact-Link for SMS,” a non-voice service which utilizes short messages, by adopting “Accrete SMS” from Accrete Inc. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akihiro Ito; hereafter, Accrete) with the largest number of SMS deliveries in Japan for the SMS sending and receiving functions of “Contact-link,” a contact center communication platform, which transcosmos developed on its own.
“Contact-Link”, a contact center platform to support corporations’ communication with customers, was launched in July 2014. It allows corporations to communicate with their customers in both directions via telephone, website, and SMS. It also makes it possible to manage comprehensively the history of responses for clients using multi channels with a variety of business templates based on transcosmos’s operational excellence. The communicators at the contact centers can directly use the functions of “Accrete SMS” from the “Contact-Link SMS” screen, and the history of receiving and sending short messages can be comprehensively recorded and viewed along with the telephone call response logs.
