Transport Holdings Acquires Evans Dedicated Systems
Commerce, CA (PRWEB) July 08, 2015 -- Transport Holdings, LLC has agreed to the acquisition of Evans Dedicated Systems. Veteran senior managers from Evans Dedicated helped organize the details of the transaction that included an all cash stock exchange. Evans’ senior management, along with a group of financial investors, formed Transport Holdings. The newly minted company was created solely for the purpose of acquiring the fuel transporter and developing complementary businesses. Tom Forrest, the Managing Member of Transport Holdings, will become the CFO of Evans. The current COO of Evans, Bill Culbertson, will become President/CEO of Evans.
Given the seamless transition of services and their shared management team, the acquisition is expected to proceed smoothly. “Evans is a great company that has amazing employees," said Bill Culbertson, newly appointed CEO of Evans.
