Trident University Launches Corporate Learning Center
Cypress, CA (PRWEB) December 07, 2017 -- Trident University International (Trident) is proud to announce the launch of the Trident Corporate & Career Learning Center, an all-in-one training and development solution that helps address key corporate business needs.
The Trident Corporate & Career Learning Center will provide opportunities for organizations in retaining experienced employees, developing leaders, and attracting top talent. This initiative was led by Esmeralda Silva, Trident’s Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Government Relations.

According to a 2012 Society of Human Resources Management survey, the biggest challenges faced by organizations in the next 10 years are: retaining employees (59%), developing leaders (52%), and recruiting new hires (43%).
To help address these challenges, the Trident Corporate & Career Learning Center will offer, corporate partner tuition savings towards degree programs tailored solutions for employee training and development, veteran hiring strategies, corporate leadership development programs, non-degree certificate programs, and opportunities to obtain top talent through our student and alumni base, and regular career development opportunities.
Additionally, the new Career Advancement Grant (CAG) will be available in the Trident Corporate & Career Learning Center for the University’s Elite Corporate Partners. The CAG is designed to align with corporate employee assistance programs, making it instrumental in promoting student success and degree completion by affording grants to academically successful corporate partner employees.
