Trillium Family Services Announces 2015 “Keep Oregon Well” Mental Health Heroes
(PRWEB) April 14, 2015 -- Mental Health Awareness Month happens each year in May. This year, to mark the occasion, Trillium is launching a multi-media celebration of the people, nonprofits, community groups and business leaders who have helped pave the way for Mental and Behavioral healthcare to thrive in Oregon and the Pacific NW.
Public nominations were open to the community during February and March, and a selection committee made up of mental health and social services providers narrowed those nominations down to 31 heroes.

On Friday, May 1st Trillium will unveil all 31 of the hero prints at the opening of the “Keep Oregon Well” art exhibit at Trillium’s Children's Farm Home Historic Old School (4455 NE Highway 20, Corvallis, OR 97330) from 5pm-8pm. Many of the honorees will be in attendance. This event is FREE for all ages and open to the public. The show will be hanging on the walls of the Farm Home for viewing during May and June.
Trillium will feature one Mental Health Hero every day in May on their website and social media, as well.
