Trinity Consultants Completes Transaction With Levine Leichtman Capital Partners
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 03, 2015 -- Trinity Consultants, an international environmental consulting firm that specializes in industrial air quality issues, announced today that it has partnered with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm to purchase Gryphon Investors’ controlling interest in the Company. Trinity management and employees will maintain significant equity ownership in the Company following the transaction. John E. (Jay) Hofmann, Trinity’s President/CEO since 2001, remains at the helm.
