Trintech Names Darren Heffernan as Chief Financial Officer
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 17, 2013 -- Trintech, a leading global provider of integrated software solutions for the Last Mile of Finance™, announced today the appointment of Darren Heffernan as executive vice president and chief financial officer where he will oversee finance, human resources, legal, facilities and global support services.

Heffernan has been a core member of the Trintech team since 2001 when he joined the company as global financial planning & analysis manager. He has held a variety of positions during his tenure with the company, including vice president of global operations, vice president of global client services, and most recently, executive vice president. Heffernan created the company’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) division in 2004, and has been instrumental in driving the growth in this business unit. Prior to joining the Trintech team, Heffernan worked in financial roles at GE Capital and Paramount/Universal Studios. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
