Trucking Association Launches Educational Program on California Labor Laws
Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) April 10, 2015 -- The California Trucking Association (CTA), Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson, & Feary (Scopelitis), and Littler Mendelson (Littler) today announced the Labor Law Consortium, an ongoing collaboration which will provide the trucking industry with top-level labor and employment law training resources.
This landmark one-year collaboration between the nation’s largest statewide trucking organization and two of the country’s top law firms aims to educate the industry on California’s complex labor laws, address best management practices, and promote better understanding of labor agency and private entity standards.
