TC Trustee® Premier is an e-commerce payment capture solution presented as either a stand-alone, or an embedded iframe-based payment form that includes an adaptive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. The payment page is managed by TrustCommerce and hosted in a PCI-compliant environment.
The integration with the External Payment Page is available in MyChart and MyChart Mobile credit card functionality and workflows, including tokenization, automatic payment plans, and Guest Pay for versions of Epic 2017 and newer. This solution combined with TC Trustee Premier eliminates the need for healthcare organizations to capture, transmit, or store sensitive payment information, which greatly reduces their PCI scope. Moreover, usage of TC Trustee Premier within the patient portal is entirely transparent: the patient experience is seamless.
