TU-Automotive: Qoros become the first Chinese Automaker confirmed to speak at Telematics West Coast
(PRWEB) August 26, 2015 -- Qoros’ involvement alongside 10 other global automakers, the most ever to speak at a single industry event on the West Coast, coincides with the rising importance of China on the global automotive stage and the coming of age of connected services. Ms Bai draws on over a decade of experience leading global teams in telecoms and telematics, which has enabled her to build Qoros’ ‘Connected Car services’ concept from scratch into the leading telematics technology team in China.
Lucas Ainscough, Project Director at TU-Automotive said: “I am really excited to be able to confirm one of the leading Chinese automakers at this year’s Telematics West Coast. For too long people have discussed the impact China could have on the automotive industry here in the West without including them in the discussion. This is a very rare opportunity to hear from the source and to gain some valuable insight into the future of this industry. There are still a huge number of unknowns in automotive but fostering a spirit of collaboration can only be a good thing for businesses and also consumers”
