Lancaster County, PA (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Turkey Hill Dairy announced today that John Cox has been named president, effective immediately.
Cox, who has been serving as the interim president for Turkey Hill Dairy since August 2013, replaces Quintin Frey who recently retired from the company after 33 years of dedicated service.
“Turkey Hill has a wonderful heritage and a great team,” said Cox. “I truly believe our best days are yet to come, and we will be looking forward to meeting the future with confidence.”
Cox joined Turkey Hill Dairy 28 years ago as a marketing manager. Since then he has held a number of leadership roles, including secretary and treasurer for Turkey Hill Dairy, and president of Jackson Ice Cream in Hutchinson, Kan. Most recently, Cox has served as executive vice president for the past 14 years, where he led the development and opening of the Turkey Hill Experience in Columbia, Pa.
A graduate of Millersville University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Cox earned his master’s degree in organizational development and change management from the Pennsylvania State University.
