TV4 Entertainment and Glory & Thieves Launch “Riffing With” Original Music Interview Series
Hollywood, CA (PRWEB) October 15, 2015 -- TV4 Entertainment’s Television Four Studios and Glory & Thieves announce a co-production of their original interview series “Riffing With”, which launches today on TV4 Entertainment’s Music On Demand Television network.
Hosted by respected music journalist Steve Baltin, who has written for Rolling Stone, Billboard, MOJO, the LA Times, and countless other magazines and newspapers, “Riffing With” is an unscripted and uncensored, fly-on-the-wall conversation with influential and inspirational, multi-platinum artists, that feature timeless stories straight from the mouths of music’s legends.
“After years interviewing everyone from Bono and Eddie Van Halen to Skrillex and Katy Perry for both major publications and on my iHeartRadio and DASH Radio show, ‘Riffing With’ is the next natural step,” Baltin says.
The first four episodes of Season One are available today on Hulu and include superstar singer Annie Lennox, Jane’s Addiction’s Perry Farrell, Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne, and ex-Sex Pistol and PiL leader John Lydon, with Blink-182’s Travis Barker, Brian Wilson, System Of A Down’s Serj Tankian, Incubus, and others to follow.
Among the show's highlights:
Annie Lennox talks about how she continues to reinvent herself at 60 and how she get inspired by working with up-and-coming artists; Travis Barker discusses his new autobiography, Musink, and the plane crash that almost took his life; Perry Farrell talks about growing up in Los Angeles, a fascinating tale of art, music and curiosity; Wayne Coyne reveals how he went from working in a fast food restaurant to being in a band whose live performances feature dancing rabbits and confetti cannons; and John Lydon discusses his childhood ailments, the changes in the music business, and his regrets about bringing Sid Vicious into the Sex Pistols.

“Riffing With” will be carried on Hulu with additional platforms, including Amazon Prime and Virgin Airlines’ in-flight entertainment programming coming online in the next few weeks.
Podcast One, the nation’s largest advertiser-supported podcast network, will deliver an on-demand, audio version of the show, plus podcast-exclusive content and episodes, to listeners and advertisers starting in December 2015. “Riffing With” will be released weekly on PodcastOne.com, the PodcastOne app, and iTunes.
