He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial & business litigation, product liability & personal injury, insurance & ERISA litigation, real estate, and litigation. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America. He serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court and is former Co-Chair of the Trial Practice Committee and the Health Care Law Litigation Committee of the ABA’s Section of Litigation. He is a frequent author publishing pieces in various publications including the Arizona Attorney, Insurance Journal, American Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Thomason received his B.A. from Creighton University and his J.D. from the University of Iowa.
