(PRWEB) August 31, 2013 -- Living in Style
Happy Hubs a concept launched by two young entrepreneurs in their 20s, promises to help entrepreneurs permanently relocate from their home offices in the US to "happy hubs" all over the world.
These are not just ordinary locations, but luxury residences in exotic locations with five-star amenities like onsite massage therapists, gourmet chefs and maid service. And the kicker? The claim they can do it for less than what it costs to have an average lifestyle in the United States. The all-in cost of staying in a Happy Hub per month is just $1,000 a week or $2,800 a month, this includes everything from accommodations to food and spa amenities and shuttle service to a popular surfing beach.
"People are chasing six figure pay checks in the United States, even though its obvious the American dream is crumbling. Why not live the six figure lifestyle now with a lot less overhead in cool places all over the world?" says Happy Hubs co-founder James Rick Stinson.

Stinson got the idea after visiting Zappos founder, Tony Hsieh's $50m tech incubator in Las Vegas. "I see all these great ideas and successful entrepreneurs that want to live and work around each other and be mentored by each other - but why Las Vegas? It's very hot and there's no surfing! Plus I get bored of being in just one place after a while." Stinson observed other famous entrepreneurial hubs like Y-Combinator offer the promise of raising capital and working with name entrepreneurs, but along the way entrepreneurs must live in dorm-like conditions and hope that one day their start-up makes it to the next level. "Many people think that more money is the key to a better lifestyle, but that's a false notion. If you are creative, if you are resourceful and if you're willing to relocate to other places in the world, you can live a great lifestyle NOW while working towards achieving the next level in your business. And you don't need to live in expensive cities in the US to gain access to a great network," Stinson says.
The whole key to living the six-figure lifestyle without the six-figure pay check is that you must be "location-independent" meaning that you work on the computer or over the phone. "If your only requirement to work is wi-fi and a computer, then you're location-independent," says Andy Vu, Happy Hubs co-founder. "And when you're location independent, why wouldn't you choose to live where you can get the most lifestyle at the lowest possible cost?" Vu asks.
Beta Launch – 5 spots remaining
And that's what the duo is trying to do, make the lifestyle of the rich and famous more accessible to entrepreneurs that have established at least a basic level of success. "We're fully aware that not everyone can afford a close to $3,000 a month overhead and work from their computer. But for anyone that can - what are you doing struggling to live in an over priced city?" Vu asks. The pair has already secured a 7 bedroom, 8 bath Villa in Manuel Antonio that normally rents out for $1,000 a night. How do they make it affordable? "By securing great properties on a long term basis during slower seasons, and supplying our own onsite talent for everything from shopping, to cooking to massages and more, we can create happy hubs that offer maximum lifestyle at the least possible cost."
The pair currently has 5 open spots available during their beta-launch at HappyHubs.org and hopes to open up other locations in places like Bali and Thailand that will enable to hop from one spot to another, with the assurance of knowing they will find rock-star-like amenities in every happy hub, everything from fast internet to healthy food, luxury accommodations and more. "We take a very zen-like approach to life, be present and enjoy it now while still building a great future. There's no guarantee that there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, so enjoy it now while you can." For those that have become disillusioned by the promise of the American dream, you might be able to live the dream in a Happy Hub.
