Ty Law Drafts Hartford, CT for Trampoline Park Expansion
Hartford, CT (PRWEB) September 10, 2013 -- Former New England Patriot, Ty Law, is building the first indoor trampoline park in the city of Hartford, set to open in November 2013.
Launch Trampoline Park will have over 15,000 square feet of trampoline area that will accommodate people of all ages for open jumping, trampoline dodgeball, basketball, birthday parties, fitness classes, corporate events and private functions. For those not on the trampolines, Launch will feature a cafe with free wireless internet access, and a full-redemption arcade. Launch Hartford will be the only trampoline park in New England with a 2nd story viewing deck where parents can relax and watch their kids jump.
"Launch is a premier facility that gives everyone in the family a chance to have fun and be active at the same time. Jumping on a trampoline burns up to 1000 calories an hour and puts a smile on your face. Just like our first location, you can expect to see professional sports figures from the Patriots, Celtics and Red Sox," said Ty. Customers in Launch's Rhode Island location have jumped alongside stars such as Joe Andruzzi, Troy Brown, Kevin Faulk, Deion Branch and Tom Brady.
Ty is partnering with fellow New England entrepreneur Robert Arnold to bring Launch Trampoline Park to Hartford. "Rob has taken the idea of Launch from planning to implementation of the Warwick facility, to now expanding across the region. He's assembled an all-star team to make it happen."
Arnold adds, "Hartford is the logical next location. The sense of community is similar to Rhode Island's. We are focused on creating a family environment here with our layout and Joey the kangaroo, our local star."
Launch's mascot, a bright green kangaroo named "Joey", has become a popular public figure in Rhode Island, attending special events across the state. In addition to being in charge of fun at Launch, Joey will make public appearances in the Greater Hartford area between now and the grand opening.
