Ty Law Puts Franchise Tag on Norwood, MA Indoor Trampoline Park Location
Norwood, MA (PRWEB) September 18, 2013 -- Earlier today, Launch Franchising, LLC, announced its first signing of a franchise agreement with two New England businessmen, Rick Arnold and Phil Morisseau. Construction has begun at the old Decathlon Sports Building on Route 1 in Norwood, MA, targeting sometime after Thanksgiving for the grand opening. The location, which is about 8 miles from Gillette Stadium, will carry former New England Patriot Ty Law's name as part of the agreement.
Launch Norwood will be similar to the company's other locations, providing families an entertainment venue that will include 15,000 square feet of trampoline area, a cafe with free wireless internet access, a full-redemption arcade and Joey, the kangaroo mascot. Activities will include open jump, trampoline dodgeball, basketball, foam pit and kids court. The park will also be available for fundraisers, field trips, birthday parties, fitness classes, toddler time, corporate events and private functions.
Ty Law and Robert Arnold are co-owners of Launch Franchising, LLC and two corporate locations in Warwick, RI and Hartford, CT. Rick Arnold and Phil Morisseau have been cycling friends for over 20 years and always discussed possible business ventures, especially in the fitness industry. They visited Launch Warwick during the grand opening and liked what they saw. "When Phil and I witnessed the enjoyment of the park visitors, we realized how well Rob, Ty and their team had built a strong brand that has something for all ages. From Joey the mascot to the cafe, we were impressed with the system for success they have created," adds Rick.
Launch's mascot, a bright green kangaroo named "Joey," has become a popular public figure in Rhode Island, attending special events across the state. In addition to being in charge of fun at Launch, Joey will make public appearances in the Norwood area between now and the grand opening.
