The HL-6 Padlock Seal is the latest addition to TydenBrooks' indicative plastic seals catalog and adds new security and design features to enhance the padlock seal line. The main new features are an extended spring arm with a plugged barrel, allowing for more application options, and laser 1D, 2D and QR marking. The HL-6 Padlock Seal is an easy to use 'single hand' application padlock seal which provides reliable, cost-effective tamper-evidence. This HL-6 padlock seal is a one-piece, easy-break apart strength at 11 lbs. (5kg) with all-plastic construction made from polypropylene.
The HL-6 Padlock Seal offers high security laser 1D, 2D and QR marking which is a new feature for the padlock line. This new capability will enable customers to uniquely mark these seals with barcoding, QR codes, numbering for up to seven digits and customized company logos (8.7mm x 20mm). High security laser marking also allows each seal to have individual numbers or barcodes for enhanced product tracing requirements. This new capability helps with the inventory process and prevents the seal from being removed and replaced with another undetected.
