Made-and-toasted-to-order Uncle Maddio’s Paninis are served with fresh local veggies, handmade meatballs and sausages, homemade dressings, and secret recipe homemade sauces. Spotlight stand-outs from the Uncle Maddio’s Signature Sandwich menu, include the Italian Panini - honey cured ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato and housemadehouse made Italian dressing. More Italian staples, include the Tuscan Meatball Panini with homemade meatballs and marinara sauce, topped with melted mozzarella and fresh basil for flavor; and the Eggplant Parmesan Panini, made with garden fresh eggplant lightly breaded and baked, homemade marinara sauce, caramelized onions and mushrooms, and fresh, warm mozzarella cheese.
