Unified Power Announces Leadership Changes To Support Its Continued Growth
TERRELL, TEXAS (PRWEB) July 30, 2015 -- Unified Power was founded in 2011 when Cliff Rogers envisioned consolidating the nation’s best critical power service companies under one “unified” brand. Cliff’s vision was to provide clients who own large “mission critical” electrical equipment a comprehensive, low risk, cost effective truly national service alternative.
The strategy has been well received by the market, as Unified Power is the premier national service provider to more than 2,000 customers today. This is done through the employment of service and support staff across the nation, continuing double-digit growth, and maintaining a world-class Net Promoter Score from its customers. The company is well capitalized and is seeking to acquire other customer-focused, critical power service companies.
To ensure easy, seamless integration of companies joining the Unified Power family, the company recently completed a $4M customized software deployment that manages the entire business; from customer proposals through field service reports via its proprietary customer portal. The company has also invested heavily in its online training portal to ensure its ever-growing team of professional field engineers stays current with all major lines of electrical critical power machinery.
In order to achieve the company’s continued growth plans, Unified Power’s board of directors today announced the following changes to its executive leadership structure.
Company founder, Cliff Rogers will transition from CEO to Vice-Chairman of the Board. This change will allow Cliff to focus more directly on the company’s acquisition strategies. Cliff will be targeting several respected, industry-leading companies to become part of the Unified Power family.
Current President and Chief Operating Officer Chris Roach will assume the CEO role and will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the business. Chris will support Cliff with his acquisition activities and will be responsible for integrating new acquisitions into existing operations.
Unified Power’s mission is to build the largest, most reliable, most cost efficient provider of critical power infrastructure services in North America. These leadership changes will allow the company to maintain its market-leading customer service levels while simultaneously growing the company to better support its client’s needs.
