Cari brings over 15 years of UC experience to the company, with a strategic focus on user adoption and ROI. Her focus on Microsoft UC began with the first release of Office Communicator and Live Meeting, where she was responsible for driving the global Microsoft population to adopt these technologies as part of the Microsoft IT deployment team. Cari pioneered an approach focusing on user satisfaction and usage patterns during deployment and ensuring that a user education and device strategy and management program are embedded in the Skype for Business deployment process. She possesses a unique skillset, having been an internal adoption and IT program manager at Microsoft for over 170,000 users, later continuing and building a successful global practice at Unify Square.
