Mr. Helm’s distinguished career includes executive positions such as Vice-Chairman of Bank of America, Chairman of Lifelock, Vice Chairman of KeyBank, Chairman and CEO of SeaFirst Bank, and the Board of Directors of both Manulife, which includes John Hancock, and ABM Industries. He brings over 30 years of banking, financial services and facility management experience to UniKey in industries that highly value security and access control.
