Uninterruptible Power Supply specialist Source UPS appointed Emerson Network Power Platinum Partner

The Hampshire-based company has been recognised by ENP, one of the largest and most-respected UPS manufacturers in the world, after completing comprehensive sales and technical training.
Launched in 2012, the Innovation Partner Programme is aimed at providing end users and businesses with a manufacturer approved specialist that they can rely on to give the right advice and the professional service required for any server room or data centre IT solution using ENP's range of products.
The programme has allowed Source UPS to develop their skills and knowledge of the Emerson product range for the data centre market. The accreditation is also designed to enable businesses to solve customer IT problems in the data centre. All training courses are funded by ENP with the proviso that partners meet basic targets in the areas they train within six to nine months.
To achieve ENP Platinum Partner status, 75% of the Source UPS sales force had to complete sales training in Data Centre Management or Data Centre Planning. One Source UPS technician per 10 sales professionals also had to complete one or both of the modules.

Source UPS are currently offering discounts of up to 50 per cent on the ENP range of single phase uninterruptible power supplies, including the Powersure and GXT3 models from 500VA to 10kVA.
