Union Institute & University Launches New Healthcare Leadership Graduate Program
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) December 19, 2016 -- The new Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership (MS-HCL) degree program, designed by Union Institute & University, will focus on the leadership insights that catalyze organizational transformation and social change within the healthcare industry. The program will offer the most important determinant of long-term leadership success: mentoring. Mentors in the program will guide and demonstrate through example how to understand one’s own skills, limitations, and ambitions while fulfilling the needs of the healthcare organization.
