As the AVP, Benefits Communication and Administration Services at Sun Life Financial, Kevin D. Seeker, has 30 years of management, consulting and sales experience in the employee benefits/risk management fields. For the last 21 years, Kevin has specialized in the Benefits Communications and Voluntary Worksite arena in producer and carrier roles. Kevin has extensive knowledge of employee benefit enrollment/administration systems and methodologies, as well as Voluntary Benefit plan design and integration with Core Benefit plans. Past experience includes successful start-ups of both an enrollment firm and a new carrier Accident & Health division, including all facets of sales quoting, enrollment platforms and administrative support. Currently a member of both the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Kevin has also earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation. He is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (past Arizona chapter Vice President).
