United Vision Logistics Successfully Completes Leadership Change

Today we are announcing exciting leadership promotions.
John Patterson, United Vision Logistics’ current President and Chief Executive Officer, will become Vice- Chairman of the Company. Mr. Patterson will continue to work closely with the Board and will continue to help move the Company forward.
Rusty Guilbeau United Vision Logistics’ present Chief Operating Officer will become its new President and Chief Executive Officer and a Management Member of the Board of Directors.
These promotions have been very carefully planned for more than a year and are one more achievement in UVL’s remarkable progress. The promotions enjoy the unanimous support of the Company’s Board of Directors and all Shareholders, including GE Capital, and are the latest milestone achieved in United Vision Logistics’ march towards undeniable and sustainable leadership in the Oil and Gas Transportation field.
John Patterson offered, “The way the last 2+ years have unfolded have exceeded my most optimistic expectations when I came to UVL. There are so many things for everyone on the hardworking Team UVL to be proud of, far too many to list. I have enjoyed an exciting and rewarding career in transportation and logistics, but none of my experiences have been more personally satisfying than my time here at UVL. I am grateful to have had this experience and am delighted to have the opportunity to continue to contribute as Vice Chairman.”
Ronnie Murphy, Executive Chairman, offered his thoughts on this change, “John Patterson has made many contributions in the last 2+ years. Thankfully, he will stay involved with the Board and our management team. John was exactly what we needed when he came aboard. As for Rusty Guilbeau’s promotion I just couldn’t be more delighted. We have worked together in this business more than 25 years. I know for a fact that John had this in mind from the start 2 years ago when he worked hard to convince Rusty to return to the Company and I thank John for his unselfish leadership!”

It was the new course John set more than 2 years ago that persuaded me to return to what I considered my unfinished work here at UVL.
