After advertising partner High Times Magazine® dubbed the Earth Cab Pro XL “Best Soil Grow Box” in their annual S.T.A.S.H. awards, but referred to the company as "Cabinet Grow", Universal Hydro actively began gathering feedback from customers, vendors, and and other industry partners regarding the name. It became clear that, as a result of the recognition the website receives, the majority of the market has come to know Universal Hydro as Cabinet Grow.
The company will embrace what they were hearing from customers and the industry and officially change the name to Cabinet Grow. According to company spokesman Sam May, “Cabinet Grow just makes sense.
