Up4Social: A Novel Interactive Social TV Wall for Small Businesses
Brandon, FL (PRWEB) July 22, 2015 -- Entevia, LLC, a technology startup located in Brandon, FL, is proud to announce the release of Up4Social (http://www.up4social.com), a free interactive social TV wall designed to increase social media engagement of customers in restaurants, bars, shopping centers and other gathering places. With Up4Social, customers visiting a participating business can share pictures, play trivia or participate in surveys interactively via its mobile-web application. Up4Social takes advantage of HDTV sets and standard computer hardware (a computer with a browser) already existing at business premises, so no special hardware is needed. All of this is available to businesses for free.
Having customers interacting with the social TV wall is expected to increase their engagement with the business' social media walls, thus increasing the exposure of the business in social media. When a customer shares content to Up4Social, it is automatically posted to the customer's Facebook timeline, with a link to the business' page in Facebook (Twitter support is coming soon). An optional game, "Hot or Not" allows other customers to rate a picture in a 1-10 scale. All customer-provided content is moderated by Up4Social.
A business page at Up4Social is fully configurable. In addition to the business' own social feed, social feeds from popular sources like news outlets and magazines can be added. Custom trivia games and surveys can also be added, making the customer experience at the premises a remarkable experience.
Up4Social's revenue source will come from non-competing advertisements placed along the displayed content.
