Professionals attending the webinar, entitled “Change Orders: The Bane of All Construction Projects,” will learn how to do the following:

  • Recognize the causes of change.
  • Explain the total cost method and modified total cost method.

With more than 28 years of construction litigation experience, Cathcart’s practice increasingly has concentrated on construction and real-estate disputes involving Pacific Rim developers, contractors, and design professionals. He has developed a strong expertise in handling all forms of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
