All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria(dot)sproul(at)navy(dot)mil no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on 02/24/2015.. Solicitation N00421-15-T-0160 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Amphenol PCD, Inc for Amphenol P/N: MCA102701 Rev 1 Data Cable RDA 117G to ODU DA-101 and P/N: MCA102702 Rev 1 Data Cable RDA 117G to ODU DA-201, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's intial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on 02/24/2015. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.
