Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) November 19, 2013 -- US Freedom Capital LLC announces government approval of its Central and South Texas EB-5 Regional Center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), paving the way for new job creation. This becomes the second government approved Regional Center under US Freedom Capital ownership and management.
US Freedom Capital raises investment funds from foreign investors to provide financing for commercial real estate projects creating jobs and economic growth. Investment projects, and the regional investment centers which sponsor them, go through an extensive and lengthy evaluation process conducted by the USCIS. With this additional Regional Center authorization US Freedom Capital will now offer financing for Texas projects in major markets including Austin, San Antonio, Waco, Houston, and Galveston in addition to the Dallas Fort Worth area.
The EB-5 Visa program provides the opportunity for qualified foreign nationals to achieve permanent legal residency (“green card”) status in the US through an investment in a USCIS-approved project that will generate at least 10 full-time US jobs per investor. EB-5 regional centers are pre-approved entities that allow EB-5 investors to pool their money together. US Freedom Capital’s Regional Center makes the job creation requirement easier on investors by professionally preparing and managing the investment for full EB-5 immigration program compliance.
