US Sports Camps to offer New Nike Junior Golf Camp Location in Connecticut
San Rafael, CA (PRWEB) February 07, 2015 -- US Sports Camps announces the addition of its newest junior golf camp near Hartford, Connecticut at Stanley Golf Course. The curriculum is designed to accommodate all skill levels and each participant is evaluated upon arrival so that their needs can be addressed. The low camper-to-instructor ratio allows for intimate instruction throughout the week. These programs return to Hartford after many successful years at a facility across town.

The camps are led by PGA Director of Instruction, Fran Hoxie. Hoxie serves as the co-director of Nike Golf Camps and brings over 20 years of coaching experience to the program. His professional career began in 1996 as an assistant golf professional at the Washington Golf Club and he proudly served there for 16 years before joining Stanley. Hoxie is assisted by Head Golf Professional, Kyle Hedstrom, and other members of the Stanley GC staff.

Nike Golf Camps at Stanley Golf Course offer three week-long sessions throughout the summer and each runs Monday through Thursday. Half-day camps run from 9:00AM – Noon and full-day camps run from 9:00AM – 3:00PM. Full-day camp participants have the opportunity to play the course each afternoon to apply what they’ve learned during morning instructional sessions. The camp is co-ed and suitable for golfers ages 7 – 16 (ages vary by camp type). From beginning players to advanced tournament golfers, these camps provide the tools for all players who want to improve.
