Used Liquid Filling Machines Arrive at Wohl Associates

The first of two liquid filling machines is made by Filling Equipment Co. and is a used eight spout fully automatic stainless steel filling machine. This inline filling machine is among the most popular and widely-used types of fillers. It is equipped with an approximately 15 ft long stainless steel motorized conveyor with pneumatic container indexing and a 4-1/2” wide plastic tabletop chain.
The filler operates on single phase electrics and has a stainless steel base plate with stainless steel cabinetry. The filler is also equipped with a drip tray, an eight position manifold and a PLC control center. This liquid filling machine is also supplied with a stainless steel product feed pump. A straight-line filling machine is a great way to increase output in order to expand into a bigger market in the future.
Wohl also has a used Inline Filling Systems Model TG "Time/Gravity" six spout fully automatic stainless steel straightline filling machine. This liquid filling machine is the most economical type of filling machine for a limited range of applications. It is best suited for liquids with very thin viscosities that do not change with ambient temperature or with batch variation.
This machine is also suited for applications where recirculation of the liquid in the fluid path is not desirable. This unit is equipped with an approximately 10 ft long stainless steel motorized conveyor with air indexing and a 4-1/2” wide plastic tabletop chain. The machine is supplied with a stainless steel top-mounted product feed tank and overflow tanks. Each tank measures approximately 16 x 24 x 20 inches. The machine operates on single phase 60 cycle electrics and comes equipped with a filler digital control station. This unit currently comes with six one inch diameter spouts, but 5/8” diameter spouts can be provided as well. The unit is on casters for portability.
